Kat is extremely helpful in all situations. If there’s anything that needs fixing she will get it sorted as soon as possible. She is extremely helpful will all requests and she is amazing at what she does! She treats us all equally and I know that whenever I need something, I can always count on Kat, even if it’s not relevant to the house. I highly recommend using Kat as your landlord, amazing affordable prices alongside a great landlord!! 🙂
